Lore Weapon Expansion (L.W.E) is a project that aims to expand the available weapons found in-game via loot and the crafting menu. All of the included weapons are lore based, meaning they are either based on designs found in previous games (with visual upgrades) or based on descriptions/places/characters mentioned in the series lore.
The new weapons are distributed via leveled lists so you’ll come across them during your adventures, some are also craft-able and can be found in the crafting menu once you have the required perks and all weapons can be upgraded too.
The Silver weapons also come with the additional silver effect, so the undead will receive more damage.

1) Do you plan on making a version of LWE for Armour?
No, there are no plans to expand this beyond weapons or create a spin off modifiction for Lore armour.
2) Is this compatible with SkyRe?
Neither of us use this so we can’t say, reading through the comments other users have suggested the ReProccer tool and to search for custom XML files that add support for LWE. We won’t be providing support for overhaul mods.
3) Do you plan on making X/Y/Z?
We have no plans for what we’ll work on and when. We work on whatever has our interest at the time.
4) How is the new content distributed?
The new content has been distributed through leveled lists meaning you’ll find new stuff popping up in loot and enemies will be making use of them. Some of the new items can be crafted and all can be upgraded.
Some high level items like the Dwemer/Daedric cannot be crafted and must be found via loot/enemies.
5) Will you be making a patch for X/Y/Z?
Patches or support for any other mod (Unless they are mine) is unlikely.
6) Is this a Replacer or Standalone?
All content is new and does not replace any vanilla content.
7) Do the Add-Ons require the Main File?
No they don’t, all Add-Ons are standalone.

I’ve found two more errors so far (failure of the new Eastern Dwemer War Axe to appear in at least one war axes leveled list, and removal of a vanilla weapon, I think another war axe, from a list). I’m in process of fixing that. Creating a USLeEP patch is not hard, but the overall project is giving me a headache.
Anwyay, at bare minimum, I can probably cough up a USLeEP patch pretty quickly. (Already did, actually, but discovered the other missing items after the fact, so have to redo that.) With the right bash tagging, and the right leveled-list merging tools, the manual work I’m doing to perfectly merge the leveled lists might be obviated, at least to an extent. I.e., all the items would be available. But no automated tool can figure out what the intent was, it can just try to add/remove/change records to produce the least amount of conflict, and I think the result of an auto-merge with no manual correction would be a very crowded set of leveled lists, with many items being treated as low-end gear and as mid-game gear at the same time. Anyway, it’s very slow-going. I’m about 10% done, and that’s without trying to produce separate patches for IW or for WaFR+CCOR+True without IW, and several other possibilities. If someone wanted to add in yet another huge pile of add-on weapons I would just give up!
* All the USLeEP patches, plus:
* Cyrodiilic and Dwarven Claymores: Speed increased to 0.8
* WAFR, though recommended, is not actually required to install this.
* This is a PATCH for «Lore Weapon Expansion.esp» file, not a replacement of it. You should use Merge Plugins Script in TES5Edit (or some other tool you prefer) to merge this into the orignal mod and save a mod slot. I know that tool works, and it is the only one I can personally recommend.
CCOR (not CCO!):
* Same as USLeEP patches, except:
* Added CCOR leveled lists-within-lists, and reduced incidence of vanilla low-end junk to compensate (that stuff’s already in the lists-within-lists).
* CCOR is actually required to install this.
* This is a PATCH for «Lore Weapon Expansion.esp» file, not a replacement of it. You should use Merge Plugins Script in TES5Edit (or some other tool you prefer) to merge this into the orignal mod and save a mod slot.
USLeEP + WAFR + CCOR + IW + True:
* Same as all of the above combined, except:
* Added IW lists-within-lists
* Moved Dwemer/Dwarven and Orcish around, for True’s reversal of their relative positions in the gear hierarchy
* Pre-merged into a single ESP (the one I use in-game)
* Eastern Dwemer stuff has been added to some merchant leveled lists that had Dwarven, Orcish, and Elven.
* Resolved some inconsistencies/conflicts between IW, WAFR, and True that previous patchers seem to have missed.
* NOT DONE YET: The Eastern Dwemer items have been nerfed down to slightly better than the True versions of regular Dwarven gear, instead of being better than Elven and Orcish.
* This is a REPLACEMENT «Lore Weapon Expansion.esp» file, not a patch for it.
* CCOR is actually required to install this; the other patched mods are not, but are obviously recommended.
* WARNING: If you use this without True, you will get the Dwemer stuff earlier than you expect in vanilla and the Orcish late.
USLeEP + WAFR + CCOR only:
* NOT DONE YET.
* Will be same as the one above, but without True’s f-ing around with Orcish’s «rank», and without IW patches.
USLeEP + IW only:
* NOT DONE YET.
* Will be same as the one above, but without WAFR & CCOR stuff, and without True’s f-ing around with Dwemer/Dwarven vs. Orcish «rank»

Complication: I really need to do COMPLETE patches between WAFR, CCOR, and IW, not just for records that also affect LWE. Though I am starting with the LWE ones. Will be a big job, but lack of doing it explain why my in-game gear drops have been so inconsistent. True is the real complication, and I might be better off abandoning it.
NOT DONE YET to any of them: Need to run script for generating Bash tags. Half the trouble with leveled list changes and failure of them to merge properly or at all is lack of Bash tagging. So do it right before use or release.
Now if someone would just make/find a replacement mesh for that Eastern Daedric sword so it looks like the Morrowind one instead of something from a sci-fi game, ha ha. Jokey criticism aside, kudos to the original modder. This must have been a lot of work, and I’m a huge fan of mods that increase consistency between TES games. The reason I’m spending at least 3 days on these patches is I badly want this mod (and want it happy with my other ones).
2020-03-23: I haven’t totally forgotten about this, but got side-tracked by something more important to me, so I’m stuck at about 2/3 done for now. If I don’t post something within a few weeks someone should message me with a reminder.
