If anyone wants a better, more up to date and performant version of this, I’ve created my own version that you can download from https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/jm36-lua-plugin-for-script-hook-v-reloaded or https://github.com/JayMontana36/LuaPlugin-GTAV/releases which I will be updating constantly over time with tons of new optimization features implemented; it maintains compatibility with older/existing scripts designed for this version of Lua Plugin too.

what is the use of this plug in

i downloaded this now i have this error FATAL: Unknown game version check https://dev-c.com for updates

S.O.S. Can someone tell me where to place the __resource.lua from a vehicle I downloaded, Thanks in advance

Porfavor necesito ayuda que pasa soy de cuba y mi version es super vieja 1.0.350.1 y a la hora de poner el ragepluginhook no es compatible porq el menor q he encontrado es para la version 678 alguien podria ayudarme con un link donde pueda descargar un RPH compatible con esa version saludos

@cakuzma Yes, `JM36 Lua Plugin` is a massively updated/upgraded replacement to the old/existing `Lua Plugin`, and any/all scripts that were made for the old/existing `Lua Plugin` will also (continue to) work with/in `JM36 Lua Plugin`, but not the other way around because the old `Lua Plugin` does not have anything that was added or introduced in the new `JM36 Lua Plugin`. Scripts made for the old/existing `Lua Plugin` will generally also run faster with/in `JM36 Lua Plugin`.

If you want to use any of the older scripts that were made for the older version of `Lua Plugin` with/in `JM36 Lua Plugin`, all that needs to be done is to simply place those scripts into your new `ScriptsDir-Lua` folder from `JM36 Lua Plugin` (which is similar to the addins/addons folder from the existing `Lua Plugin`), and it should just work.

Interested in having a nice, fast, easy way to write/add and/or test your own Lua scripts or use existing Lua scripts for Grand Theft Auto V with ease and virtually zero/no performance loss/impact (especially when compared to the older/traditional Lua Plugin)?

Well, recently I’ve somewhat departed from FiveM (with 3+ years of experience) and thought it would be cool to port over some of my scripts to singleplayer, finding headscript’s/gallexme’s Lua Plugin for Script Hook V in the process, which just simply didn’t suit my needs nor meet my expectations (especially in regards to performance), and it has pretty much been abandoned for years now, so I’ve decided to adopt it as my own and dramatically/drastically improve my fork of it far beyond what anyone could’ve ever imagined being possible with this, and I plan on introducing new performance/optimization features/techniques over time and releasing updates somewhat frequently.

Why Lua?
— Lua is a lightweight scripting language that tends to be beginner-friendly, but powerful in the hands of an advanced user at the same time. Although Lua might not have the same popularity as that of other scripting languages such as C# or C++ (.NET), Lua’s expandability makes it equally as capable as the others, while remaining easy-to-use and often more resource efficient.

-Fixed a lua error that would cause Controller Mode to not function
-Made it so the H key no longer toggles noclip unless the player is in Controller Mode. (D-Pad right and the H key share the same key values)

2. Download this file
3. Put the noclip v14 file in your steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\scripts\addins folder.

Beta controller controls:

Toggle Noclip: Right D-pad, only works when Controller Mode has been enabled with the N key.
Ascend: L1
Descend: R1
Adjust Speeds: J to add speed, K to remove speed, for now.

PC Controls:

Toggle Noclip: N, Hold N for about a second to toggle modes between Controller mode and M+Keyboard mode. In Controller Mode, H works as well.
Ascend: Left Shift
Descend: Left Control
Adjust Speeds: J to add speed, K to remove speed.
